Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Delthoros LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Delthoros," "we," "us"), governing your use of the RV Owner Suite application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

RV Owner Suite is a subscription guide for recreational-vehicle (RV) owners: safety checks, step-by-step troubleshooting you can do yourself, explanations of display codes and warning lights, maintenance checklists, and a "Tell Your Tech" card that summarizes what you saw and tried. It installs as a progressive web application and caches content on your device so it works without a signal.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for your own personal, non-commercial use with RVs you own or use.

3. Your account

• 3.1 Personal account. Your account is for you and the people in your household who travel with you. You may use it on the phones and tablets you own. It may not be shared with, sold to, or used on behalf of other households, a business, a dealership or a repair shop.
• 3.2 Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@rvtechsuite.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription, trial and billing

• 4.1 Plan. Current pricing is shown on the Service. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• 4.2 Free trial. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment method. When the trial ends, access ends unless you subscribe. One trial per person.
• 4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access (including offline access) ends when the paid period ends.
• 4.4 Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods. Cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
• 4.5 Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
• 4.6 Payments. Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe, through Clerk billing). We do not store your full card number.

6. Your license to the content

• 6.1 License. While your subscription or trial is active and you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its content for your own RV.
• 6.2 What you may not do. You may not copy, scrape or extract the content or a substantial part of it; republish, resell or distribute it; use it to build or train a competing product or dataset; remove source labels or notices; reverse engineer the Service except where the law forbids that restriction; or share access as described in section 3.
• 6.3 Offline cache. The content stored on your device for offline use is part of the licensed Service, not a purchased copy; the license ends when your subscription ends.
• 6.4 Your cards and notes. The Tell Your Tech cards and maintenance records you create on your device are yours.

7. Intellectual property; manufacturer names

The Service, its original content, design and compilation are owned by Delthoros LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Manufacturer and product names that appear in the Service (for example Dometic, Lippert, Furrion, Suburban, Truma, Onan, Carefree and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the equipment the content is about. Delthoros LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any RV or component manufacturer.

8. Problem reports and feedback

If you report a problem or suggest content, you give us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.

9. Changes to the Service

We add, update and occasionally remove content, and may change features. We will not materially reduce what a paid subscription includes during a paid period without notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with a warning first where practical. Sections 5, 6.2, 7, 11 and 12 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE FOR YOUR RV. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTHOROS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS ARISING FROM WORK PERFORMED ON AN RV, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations; in that case they apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
