Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Delthoros LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the RV Owner Suite application and website (the "Service"). The short version: we collect what is needed to run your account and subscription, what you do in the app stays on your phone, and we do not sell your information.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and sign-in data. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe through Clerk billing. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your subscription status, plan and billing history.
Support messages. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Technical basics. Our hosting provider (currently Cloudflare) processes standard web logs - IP address, browser type, pages requested - to serve and secure the site.

2. What stays on your phone

The Service works offline. The content is cached on your device, and your working data - your tool profile, the brands you picked for Your RV, maintenance done dates, flow progress and the Tell Your Tech cards you build - is stored on your device, not on our servers. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, that data is deleted and we cannot recover it.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect the content of your troubleshooting sessions, your location, or advertising identifiers. We do not run advertising or ad tracking.

Problem reports

Every step, code and maintenance job has a "Report a problem" link. When you send one we receive the text you write plus where in the app it came from (app version, the step or job, your tool profile, and the Tell Your Tech card if one was open) so we can find and correct the content. Reports do not include your account details unless you type them. They are stored so corrections can be tracked, and are not used for marketing or shared with anyone else. If you are offline, the report waits on your phone until you have a connection.

4. How we use information

Provide, secure and maintain the Service and your account
Process your trial, subscription and payments
Send receipts, renewal and price-change notices, and replies to your support requests
Fix problems and understand how the Service is used in aggregate

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who we share information with

Only the providers that help us run the product, under their own contractual obligations: Clerk (sign-in and subscriptions), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for your sign-in session (Clerk), your preferences, and the offline content cache. These are functional technologies, not advertising ones. Blocking them will stop the Service from working.

7. Data retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept as long as they are useful for support history. Data on your device is under your control (see section 2).

8. Your choices and rights

Access, correction, deletion: email support@rvtechsuite.app and we will provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time (see the Terms of Service).
Email: receipts and service notices are part of the Service; any promotional email will include an unsubscribe option.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor valid requests and will not treat you differently for exercising them.

9. Security

We rely on established providers (Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare) for sign-in, payment and transport security, and all Service traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; keep your sign-in private and tell us about any suspected compromise.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will give notice by email or in the Service before the change takes effect, and update the effective date above.
